German renewables developer PNE recruits Heiko Wuttke as new CEO
Sep 20, 2024 14:12 CESTSep 20, 2011 - German photovoltaics (PV) specialist Wirsol Solar AG said today it has obtained a syndicated loan of EUR 65 million (USD 88.9m).
The transaction led by Deutsche Bank (ETR:DBK) was oversubscribed despite the turbulent developments on the capital markets. The new credit line shows the creditors’ trust in the company, which has strengthened its organisation and structure, Wirsol’s CFO Bernd Kaestner said.
The contract for the syndicated loan was signed at the end of August. Lenders also include Postbank (ETR:DPB), Hypovereinsbank and BW-Bank.
