Dec 2, 2013 - Portuguese energy consultancy Gesto Energy has won an international tender for the construction and management of a USD-20-million (EUR 14.7m) solar plant in Rwanda, business daily Diario Economico said today.
The plant will be one of the biggest in eastern Africa, the edition added.
Gesto Energy will develop the project together with its South African partner TMM.
