Global Green Solutions, Ledcor join powers on biomass-to-energy projects

(ADPnews) - Nov 5, 2010 - Canadian biomass company Global Green Solutions (OTC:GGRN) yesterday said it will partner with local constructor Ledcor Group to jointly realise biomass-to-energy projects in North America.

According to the signed memorandum of understanding (MoU), Ledcor will be responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of the joint projects. It may also provide project financing.

Ledcor will implement Global Green's Greensteam process, which uses waste biomass to generate steam alone or to co-generate electricity.
