The term sheet concerns a new project called Kati, which will be co-located at an existing renewable energy plant. The two parties are currently working through definitive deals, whilst the regulatory interconnection process has been initiated, a news release says.
“We are excited to begin the development process on Project Kati and will use Project Dorothy as a repeatable blueprint as we develop our pipeline,” stated John Belizaire, CEO of Soluna Holdings.
The company’s current pipeline includes 700 MW of projects in varying stages in addition to Project Dorothy 2 which has clearance for 50 MW of interconnection.
