Portuguese renewables company Greenvolt - Energias Renovaveis SA (ELI:GVOLT) will install around 3 MWp of solar modules at three units of pharmaceuticals business group FHC.

The deal was agreed upon by subsidiary Greenvolt Next Holding and includes the installation of five self-consumption production units (UPACs) featuring a total of 5,489 solar panels, the company announced on Thursday.

Once up and running, the solar arrays will be able to produce 4,358 MWh of clean energy annually for the pharmaceutical group. A portion of the electricity will be generated by three carports with a combined capacity of 860 kWp, and allocated to feed FHC’s 100% electric fleet.
