European wind turbine orders rise 11% in H1 2024 - WindEurope
Sep 12, 2024 14:33 CESTJune 3 (SeeNews) – French robotics and automated systems maker Groupe Gorge (EPA:GOE) announced on Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of the 49% stake in subsidiary AI Group it did not own.
AI Group, which specialises in active fire safety for industrial use, was 51% owned by Groupe Gorge and 49% - by its executives until now.
The stake buy-out consolidates Groupe Gorge’s positions in the fire safety segment, which accounted for 70% of the group’s industrial projects and services business last year.
AI Group’s two managing executives have committed to provide operating support to ensure smooth transition by the end of the year.
