Sep 19, 2024 13:28 CESTFeb 27, 2013 - German clean power firm Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG (ETR:H2FA) said Tuesday it had raised EUR 1.5 million (USD 2m) in a share placement with selected new investors and strategic partners from Germany and the UK.
The company sold a total of 250,000 non-par value registered shares at a subscription price of EUR 6.00 per share.
The capital increase was a key milestone for the company in the process of further scaling its business to achieve break-even, Heliocentris chief financial officer Andras Gosztonyi said.
