Hydrogen Utopia joins LSE's main market

Waste-to-hydrogen technology developer Hydrogen Utopia International Plc (LON:HUI) on Monday debuted on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities.

On admission, the company has a bit over 384 million ordinary shares in issue, which are now trading under the symbol “HUI”.

The move comes a year after Hydrogen Utopia’s initial public offering (IPO). Its shares will continue to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US and on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany.

"I believe our listing on the LSE's prestigious main market will help us attract international investors and accelerate the building of our facilities for turning non-recyclable waste plastic into syngas and hydrogen,” commented chief executive Aleksandra Binkowska.
