IBC Solar inaugurates 13.6 MWp solar park in Germany

Jul 31, 2013 - German photovoltaic (PV) systems provider IBC Solar AG said on Tuesday it had inaugurated a 13.6 MWp solar park in Staats in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt.

The costs for the solar park stood at around EUR 21 million (USD 27.8m), the company said.

The solar plant will be supplying 3,264 average households with clean electricity, IBC Solar estimated.
