Arise to sell 40-MW BESS project in Sweden for up to EUR 4m

Jul 8, 2013 - Swedish industrial components trading firm Indutrade AB (STO:INDT) said today it had acquired AMAB Sweden for an undisclosed sum.
AMAB, a supplier of medical alert systems, monitoring systems and security systems to the healthcare industry, has annual sales of some SEK 35 million (USD 5.11m/ EUR 3.98m).
Indutrade will integrate AMAB in its Industrial Components division.
