Italian Falck Renewables arranges EUR 165m in new financing

(ADPnews) – Jan 17, 2011 – Italy's Falck Renewables (BIT:FKR), formerly Actelios, said it agreed on Friday a new EUR-165-million (USD 219m) loan with a group of banks.

The move aims to help Falck to consolidate its units and develop the activities and investments envisaged by its industrial plan.

The pool of banks comprises UniCredit (BIT:UCG), Mediobanca (BIT:MB), Monte dei Paschi di Siena (BIT:BMPS), Banco Popolare (BIT:BP), Centrobanca, Mediocreval, Credito Artigiano (BIT:CRA), Banca Popolare di Sondrio (BIT:BPSO) and Banca Popolare di Milano (BIT:PMI).
