Under the PPA, the Japanese company will supply around 20,000 MWh of renewable energy per year to Amazon. This volume is equivalent to the amount needed to power 4,800 ordinary households annually.

Quoting data from Bloomberg New Energy Finance, ERE noted that Amazon is the largest corporate renewable energy off-taker in Japan, having enabled 20 solar projects.
