JinkoSolar to start USD 30m share buyback

(ADPnews) - May 11, 2011 - Chinese solar products maker JinkoSolar Holding Co Ltd (NYSE:JKS) plans to repurchase up to USD 30 million (EUR 21m) of its ordinary shares within 12 months.

Purchases will be made on the open market at prevailing market prices, the company said yesterday.

JinkoSolar also said separately it plans to issue USD 125 million in convertible senior notes due in 2016.
