Nov 08, 2024 17:12 CESTPRISTINA (Kosovo), September 10 (SeeNews) – Kosovo's power plants generated 1,526 gigawatthours (GWh) of electricity in the second quarter of the year, up 0.3% from the first quarter of 2015, the country's statistics agency said on Thursday.
As much as 1,465 GWh of the produced electricity in the three-month period was generated by thermal power plants and the rest came from hydropower, the statistics agency said in a quarterly report published on its website.
In the second quarter of 2015 Kosovo imported 98.8 GWh of electricity and exported 209.7 GWh.
