DTEK to add 200 MW of energy storage in Ukraine
Sep 12, 2024 16:01 CEST(SeeNews) – Dec 1, 2014 – Luxemburg-registered KSG Agro SA (WSE:KSG), an agricultural company with assets in Ukraine, plans to spin off its bio-energy operations into a separate entity and list the unit, the company’s project development deputy head Anatoly Skryaga told journalists in Dnipropetrovsk on Friday.
The entity will incorporate the company’s biofuel generating assets and might also include its unit Agroplaza. The Kryviy Rih-based business is currently focused on thermal power production and sales, as well as on the design, installation and commissioning of boilers, he said as quoted by local news agency Ukrainian News.
The unit’s initial public offering (IPO) will not necessarily take place on the Warsaw bourse, Skryaga noted, adding that KSG Agro is also looking at stock exchanges in the US and southeastern countries.
