Laser machinery maker Prima Industrie obtains EUR 60m mid-long-term loan

Italy's laser machinery maker Prima Industrie (BIT:PRI) said it signed Monday a medium-long-term loan deal with a pool of banks for EUR 60 million (USD 67.8m) with the purpose to diversify its resources and repay a loan due in 2016.

The latest loan consists of EUR 40 million of amortized loan due on June 30, 2021 and EUR 20 million of revolving credit facilities maturing on December 31, 2019.

Part of the new loan will be immediately employed to repay in advance the loan due in 2016 which Prima Industrie originally signed with a pool of banks to fund the acquisition of Finn-Power group back in 2008.
