French Lucia Holding group will change its name to Qair and group all renewable energy activities under this brand, the company said in a news release.
As an independent power producer (IPP) Qair will be operating 220 MW of renewable power generation assets. A further 780 MW are under construction or at an advanced stage of development (finance phase) .
The pipeline for future development tops 3 GW in 12 territories in Africa, South-East Asia, South America and Europe.
Qair aims at commissioning of 1 GW of projects by 2022.
