Romanian renewable energy investment group Natura Quattuor Energia (NQE) Holdings [BSE:SCPS] said on Wednesday Luxembourg's Green Southeast Europe Investments (GSEI) has raised its stake in the company to 18.52%.

GSEI raised the number of shares in NQE Holdings to 5.4 million from 4.2 million via a transaction carried out on January 28, NQE Holding said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, without providing details on the value of the deal.

At end-2014, GSEI was the main shareholder of NQE Holdings, with a stake of 14.5%, bourse data showed.

Natura Quattuor Energia Holdings focuses on the development of energy producing assets and the provision of related services. Its shares last changed hands in regular trading on January 28, when they closed 0.39% up at at 0.5120 lei ($0.133/0.116 euro).
