Moldova's Solartech Energy to launch 3.0 KW PV installation on Feb 20

Moldovan solar plant operator Solartech Energy and the local arm of Spanish utility Gas Natural Fenosa said on Tuesday they will launch a roof-top photovoltaic (PV) installation with installed capacity of 3.0 kilowatts (kW) in the village of Hartopul Mic on February 20.

The facility, located in the village of Hartopul Mic in the central Criuleni district, features 12 solar panels of 250 watts each and will produce 3,600 kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, the two companies said in a joint statement.
