Newly-installed PV capacity in Germany hits 291.6 MWp in Aug 2013

Oct 1, 2013 - The newly-installed photovoltaic (PV) capacity in Germany during the month of August amounted to 291.6 MWp, the Federal Network Agency said today.

The newly-installed PV capacity from January to August 2013 stands at 2,402 MWp. This was below the new installations of 5,252 MWp made in the same period of last year.

The total installed solar capacity in Germany by end-August reached 34,791 MWp.
