Nine apply for permits to build 12 PV plants in Bosnia's Federation

SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 4 (SeeNews) – Nine companies have applied for permits to build a total of 12 photovoltaic (PV) power plants in Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat Federation, the entity's energy ministry said on Tuesday.

Applications for permits have been submitted by Jaklici B&B, CE Clean Energy, GSL Auto Centar, Alim, Baza, Bicakcic, Oil-Ac, Tik and Petrol, the Federation's energy ministry said in a statement on its website.

The capacity of the planned PV plants varies from 9.0 kilowatts (kW) to 4,979 kW, with annual output ranging from 11.9 megawatt hours (MWh) to 7,540 MWh.

The Federation is one of the two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
