Jun 22, 2012 - Norwegian Renewable Energy Corp ASA (OSL:REC) said today that the bondholders' meetings for its three senior debt issues had approved a proposal for the change of REC Wafer Norway AS as a guarantor.
REC Wafer Norway will resign when REC's banks release it from its guarantee under the current revolving credit facility or when the guarantee lapses for any reason.
Earlier today REC said that a decision on changing the guarantor would enable it to stop funding the entity.
