World set to install 593 GW of new solar in 2024 - Ember
Sep 19, 2024 13:28 CESTOct 19, 2012 - German solar energy supplier Payom Solar AG (ETR:P1Y) said yesterday it would change its name to Solen AG and conduct a capital reduction at a ratio of 11:2.
The decision was taken at a shareholders’ meeting.
The stock quotation has already been transformed as required and the corresponding transfers in the securities accounts have been made. The company’s new website is expected to be launched next week.
Other adjustments related to the capital reduction are to be made in the near future.
Chief executive Albert Kupfer said the group will gradually rebrand all of its subsidiaries to a single brand.
