PNE hires former finance head at BayWa r.e.

German renewables developer PNE AG (ETR:PNE3) today appointed Harald Wilbert as the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from next spring.

Wilbert was most recently a board member at sector player BayWa r.e. AG as well as its CFO. In order to get to know the company, he will become a member of the board of directors of PNE on October 15, 2023, but will assume the CFO position from April 1, 2024.

In his new role, Wilbert will assume the responsibilities of Joerg Klowat, who will leave the company at his own request.

Wilbert’s contract will run until March 31, 2028.
