Pne Wind extends 2013/18 bond volume to EUR 100m

Sep 16, 2013 - German wind park developer PNE Wind AG (ETR:PNE3) said today it had issued a second tranche of its 2013/18 bond for some EUR 33.7 million (USD 45m) and placed it with institutional investors.

Thus the total volume of the bond was extended to the maximum authorised amount of EUR 100 million.

The company will use the proceeds from the second bond tranche to invest in the expansion of its offshore wind business as well as strengthen its onshore activities.

The newly-issued bonds will be included in the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) on September 19, 2013.

Since the total bond volume has been raised to EUR 100 million, the securities will also be eligible to join the Prime Standard segment of the FSE.
