Power-Save buys Chilean copper mining assets

(SeeNews) – Mar 2, 2012 - US electricity saving and renewable energy devices maker Power-Save Energy Co (PINK:PWSV) unveiled the acquisition of copper mining assets in Chile as part of plans to expand its presence in new markets and boost shareholder value.

The company said it has signed an agreement to take over Chilean copper mining and copper sulphate producer Bluestone SA in an all-share deal. Bluestone is the majority owner of Sulfatos Chile SA, which controls the Anica Copper Mines and runs large scale copper sulphate production.
