AGP-Europe signs VPPA with Rezolv for 229-MW solar project in Bulgaria
Sep 05, 2024 12:07 CESTProcon Solar - Bulgaria said that its sole owner - German photovoltaic power developer Procon, has decided to decrease the Bulgarian company's capital by 954,150 levs ($548,610/487,850 euro) to 100,000 levs.
The reason for the capital decrease is the forthcoming reduction in the company's activities, Procon Solar - Bulgaria said in a notice earlier this week.
Germany's Procon took the decision on April 11.
The capital decrease has not yet been entered into the commercial register.
