Iberdrola inaugurates 496-MW Saint-Brieuc wind farm offshore France
Sep 19, 2024 16:25 CESTThe government of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Federation, one of two autonomous entities that make up the Balkan state, last week approved the issuance of energy permits for 24.5 MW of solar PV projects in the country.
The approval enables the federal ministry of energy, mining and industry to issue the permits to local firm Eco-Wat doo for the construction of five 4.9-MW solar farms, the government said.
Eco-Wat will build the plants -- A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5 -- in the municipality of Stolac, in the southern part of Bosnia. According to the Federation’s government, each of these solar farms is expected to generate 7.15 GWh of power per year.
