Ammper Power to procure electricity from 50-MW solar park in Texas
Sep 20, 2024 5:46 CESTUS home solar energy installer Freedom Forever announced yesterday that it will expand into the state of Colorado.
The company will begin installations there this month, the announcement says.
Freedom Forever, founded in 2011, currently operates in California, Arizona and Nevada. The addition of Colorado the company explains with the large growth potential for solar energy in the state and its climate and solar-friendly regulations. According to Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), solar energy production is expected to surpass 1,800 MW in Colorado in five years.
Freedom Forever will act as a solar contractor and installer for homes across the state, where it says home solar systems are in high demand because of a decline in installation fees and potential energy cost-saving opportunities.
The firm recently committed to cover for all cost increases resulting from recent tariffs on solar panels and power inverters that raised the overall cost of solar systems over the past year.
