Romania's CIS Group to build 23-MW solar park at home

Romanian insolvent hydropower producer Hidroelectrica will offer for sale 481,800 megawatt hours (MWh) of electricity for some 106 million lei ($31.2 million/23.7 million euro) on the domestic energy market on Tuesday, local power market operator OPCOM said.
Hidroelectrica will sell the volume in 11 equal lots, with the selling price set at 220 lei per MWh, VAT excluded, OPCOM said on its website.
State-controlled Hidroelectrica was declared insolvent in June.
