Romania's CIS Group to build 23-MW solar park at home
Sep 19, 2024 9:59 CESTRomanian company PAV Green Energy, owned by businessman Alexandru Piturca, is investing between 1.3 and 1.5 million euro ($1.8-$2.0 million) in a solar power park, local media reported on Tuesday.
The construction of the solar plant, with an installed capacity of up to 1.0 megawatt, is financed with a loan from local lender Garanti Bank and with the company's own funds, financial daily Ziarul Financiar said.
The photovoltaic park, which covers some 20,000 square metres in the southern county of Olt, is expected to be completed within a month. Its output will be sold via power trader Renovatio Trading.
