Afghan government-owned power company Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) has signed four PPAs to support around 110 MW of grid-connected wind and solar projects. Read more..

Two Swiss power market players signed PPAs in Spain, securing the output of 200 MW of solar capacity. Energy trader Alpiq has procured the output of the 50-MWp Alizarsun solar project in Zaragoza under a contract with its Israeli-Chinese developers, while Spanish solar projects developer Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente SA has inked a ten-year PPA for 150 MW of PV capacity with Axpo Iberia SL.
