AGP-Europe signs VPPA with Rezolv for 229-MW solar project in Bulgaria
Sep 05, 2024 12:07 CESTRussian oil major Lukoil started the construction of a $4.0 million (2.8 million euro) solar power plant in Bulgaria, it said.
The plant will be built in Burgas, where the only operational oil refinery in Bulgaria, owned by Lukoil, is located, the Russian company said in a statement on Thursday.
The solar park, which will spread on 25,000 square metres is scheduled to produce some 1,500 megawatthours per year, the statement added.
The plant, planned to be opened in October, will be operating on the free energy market, it said.
