H2-Enterprises is focused on developing technologies that produce clean hydrogen from waste and renewable energy and that store and transport clean hydrogen using Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers (LOHC). It also has knowledge of the conversion of hydrogen into electrical or thermal energy.

Amel Chadli, Schneider Electric Vice President Digital Energy and Software - Middle East and Africa, commented that the company’s Electricity 4.0 approach combines digitalisation for efficiency and electrification for decarbonisation, and the partnership with H2-Enterprises aims to leverage the latter's clean hydrogen technology and expertise to accelerate the sustainable transition.

It has just been announced that Magnom Properties, a subsidiary of Rawabi Holding has signed a MoU with Schneider Electric and H2-Enterprises to make Forbes International Tower the first building in the world to run on a LOHC system.
