Sep 19, 2024 16:25 CESTFintel Energija [BEL:FINT], the Serbian subsidiary of Italy's Fintel Energia Group, said it turned to a consolidated net profit of 12 million dinars ($115,500/102,100 euro) in the first nine months of 2021 from 21.2 million dinars net loss in the like period of last year.
Fintel Energija's financial income rose 32.2% on the year to 85.8 million dinars in January-September, while financial expenses went down to 46.9 million dinars from 59 million dinars, the company said in an interim consolidated financial statement.
Fintel Energija's shares last traded on the Belgrade bourse on November 15, closing flat at 600 dinars in a volume of 100.
In November 2018, Fintel Energija successfully completed the first initial public offering (IPO) on the Belgrade Stock Exchange since 1940.
