DTEK to add 200 MW of energy storage in Ukraine
Sep 12, 2024 16:01 CESTDec 10, 2014 - Singapore-based Zhiyuan Energy conservation and protection co Ltd considers investing USD 48 million (EUR 38.8m) in the construction of a biomass power plant in Ukraine’s western Khmelnytsky region, the media office of the region’s administration authority said on Tuesday.
The project was discussed at a meeting between Khmelnytsky’s regional council chairman Ivan Gonchar, the first deputy chairman of the regional state administration Alexander Simchishin and Zhiyuan Energy’s foreign business development manager Yang Dongzhi.
The plant is expected to have the capacity to generate 30 MW of power, the statement also said.
