(ADPnews) - Jun 8, 2011 - Slovakia based company Astom BPS plans to invest up to EUR 4 million (USD 5.9m) in a 1 MW biogas-fired combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Rimavska Sobota, southern Slovakia, local news agency TASR reported on Monday.
Construction works are scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2011 and to take 6 months to complete.
Upon completion, the facility will produce 7,992 MWh of electricity and 8,144 MWh of heating a year.
