Spanish solar racking solutions manufacturer Gonvarri Solar Steel has been awarded a contract to supply over 1.1 GW of its trackers and fixed structures for several projects across Spain.

The manufacturer said on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement with Spanish utility Naturgy Energy Group SA (BME:NTGY) to supply the equipment.

The order comprises the delivery of 760 MW of TracSmarT+ 1V solar trackers in both single-row and dual-row configurations, and 358 MW of RackSmarT fixed structures.

The solar projects are located in various provinces of Spain, including Jaen, Seville, Toledo, Guadalajara, Caceres, and Murcia, Solar Steel said. No other details were shared.
