Spanish solar photovoltaic specialist ID Energy Group has acquired three solar projects with a combined capacity of over 40 MWp in Serbia, the firm said in a post on LinkedIn.

The acquired projects are in an advanced stage of development and their construction is due to take place in 2025. No other details were disclosed.

ID Energy Group says it has set a goal to develop 200 MWp of solar in Serbia by 2026. The company opened an office in Serbia’s capital Belgrade in 2022, moving to the south after establishing presence in Hungary, Poland and Lithuania.
