AGP-Europe signs VPPA with Rezolv for 229-MW solar project in Bulgaria
Sep 05, 2024 12:07 CESTSOFIA (Bulgaria), August 1 (SeeNews) – Some 2.1 million shares in Bulgarian provider of products and services for the solar industry Solarpro Holding [BUL:0S8] were traded in a block deal worth 600,000 levs ($362,200/306,800 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
The shares, representing a stake of 4.4%, changed hands at a price of 0.27 levs apiece , BSE data indicated.
The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
As at 13:30 CET on Tuesday, Solarpro Holding shares were quoted without change from the previous closing price at 0.21 levs.
