PNE wins 24 MW of onshore wind projects in German auction
Sep 19, 2024 8:35 CESTJun 27, 2012 - Swiss battery maker Leclanche (SWF:LECN) said today that it and German sector firm Ads-tec would provide a 100 kWh industrial storage solution to an unnamed German wind project developer.
Financial details were not available.
The system, comprising Leclanche lithium-ion cells and Ads-tec electronics, will be used for storage and shifting of intermittent wind energy from the moment of generation to the time when it is needed.
Delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of 2012.
