Iberdrola inaugurates 496-MW Saint-Brieuc wind farm offshore France
Sep 19, 2024 16:25 CESTNov 8, 2013 - French wind energy group Theolia (EPA: TEO) reported today a revenue of EUR 63.3 million (USD 84.8m) for the first nine months of 2013, up 33% on the year, which includes the contribution of Germany's Breeze Two Energy from February onwards.
Excluding that contribution, sales amounted to EUR 39.8 million, Theolia explained.
As of September 30, the company's installed and controlled capacity for own account reached 644 MW, including Breeze Two Energy, versus 294 MW as at end-September 2012. Likewise, capacity managed for third parties came in at 619 MW compared with 608 MW as at September 30, 2012.
Theolia's non-wind business generated sales of EUR 974,000, thanks to a solar park based in Germany.
The group announced also it had received all necessary approvals to install four wind turbines in Aube department, northern France. The future wind farm is so far estimated to have a total capacity of 12 MW. Theolia added the turbine type has not been selected yet.
The building permit is free of any third-party claim, the group added.
