Canada's Enerdynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp (CVE:EHT) on Thursday announced a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to supply its Enertec panel solutions in Ghana.

The MoU calls for the creation of a joint venture with Tri-Dovehall Ghana Ltd to expand and build out a portfolio of housing and solar projects. EHT said Tri-Dove expects to build up to 15 MW of solar installations using the Enertec panels. The Canadian firm's partner is also finalising contracts to build up to 2,000 fourplex housing units with the Enertec panels. Another 3,000 units for government workers are in the final planning stages.

The agreement is expected to be finalised by the end of March.
