to-the-point: GEI Global seeks partner for solar projects in Tanzania

Clean energy technology firm GEI Global Energy Corp (OTCMKTS:GEIG) said on Monday it is looking for a “global minded” partner to realise a series of solar power projects in Tanzania with individual capacities of 15 MW to 45 MW.

The projects will be implemented in collaboration with the Tanzania Rural Energy Corporation, Transcend Enterprises Ltd and non-profit organisation Africa Community Advancement Initiative. They will generate guaranteed and long-term revenues, GEI Global said in a statement.

Apart from the solar field, the company is also engaged in the energy storage and the fuel cell electric power generation sectors.
