The Icelandic International Development Agency (ICEIDA) will be accepting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the mid-term review of a geothermal exploration project in the East Africa Rift Valley States until October 15, 2015.

ICEIDA is seeking an independent consultant interested in reviewing the results of the project so far, as well as its overall management and administration among other aspects. The team must include an evaluation expert with at least seven years of relevant experience and a geothermal energy expert that has been active in the international segment for no less than 10 years. The EUR-65,000 (USD 73,220) assignment is expected to start in November and last for approximately 12 weeks.

The scheme currently includes sub-projects in 10 countries, according to the statement.
