Jordan Green agrees land deal for solar-powered green ammonia hub
Sep 20, 2024 5:52 CESTUS company KDC Solar LLC said on Monday that it is starting construction works on a 5.5-MW solar power system in Bridgeton and Fairfield Townships, New Jersey.
The PV project will supply electricity to the nearby Ardagh Group glass manufacturing facility. The production of renewable electricity in the park’s first year of operation is estimated at some 7.5 million kWh.
Seminole Financial Services provided debt financing for the project. GoldenSet Capital Partners, acting as a sub-advisor to the North Sky Capital Alliance Fund II, arranged development capital and project equity.
This is the second joint project in New Jersey for KDC and GoldenSet Capital.
