World set to install 593 GW of new solar in 2024 - Ember
Sep 19, 2024 13:28 CESTRecycle Solar Technologies, a UK business offering photovoltaic (PV) products recycling services, has secured a GBP-1,000 (USD 1,318.5/EUR 1,121.6) grant from the UK Steel Enterprise (UKSE) Kickstart Fund.
Some of the proceeds have been invested in a website for the fledgling company, founded in December 2016, and it is already attracting customers online, marketing director Dave Ellse said, as cited by business news portal bqlive.co.uk. The grant has also helped with legal fees and environmental compliance procedures.
The North Lincolnshire-based firm aims to treble the size of its team over the next three years. It is operating in Scunthorpe, with 50,000 ft of space available, including for outdoor storage.
