Bulgarian provider of products and services for the solar industry Solarpro Holding [BUL:0S8] generated more than half (55%) of turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), bourse data showed on Thursday.

Over 4.7 million shares of Solarpro Holding were traded in three block deals worth a combined 1.64 million levs ($1.0 million/838,000 euro) on the BSE on Thursday.

Total trading turnover on the regulated market of the Sofia bourse rose to 2.56 million levs on Thursday from 531,900 levs on Wednesday.

The blue-chip SOFIX index decreased by 0.67% to 668.31 points on Thursday, after a 0.51% drop on Wednesday.

The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), lost 0.61% to 131.18 points, after edging down 0.25% on Wednesday.

The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, fell 0.09% to 115.23 points on Thursday. On Wednesday, the index closed 0.29% lower.

The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.63% to 546.36 points, following a 0.12% drop on Wednesday.

Resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] rose the most among blue chips on Thursday, closing 1.12% higher at 62.75 levs.

Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] was the top blue-chip decliner, falling by 4.68% to 2.260 levs.

Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] was the most traded blue-chip on Thursday, as 225,974 shares changed hands at an average price of 1.089 levs.
