UK electric propulsion company Evolito has taken over the business and assets of local aerospace battery solutions company Electroflight in a drive to create to full powertrain solutions capability.

The price tag of the deal remained undisclosed in the press release published on Tuesday.

Cheltenham-based Electroflight offers battery solutions for the electrification of the aerospace industry.
