Alternus scraps deal for 80-MWp solar project purchase in US
Sep 20, 2024 7:40 CESTNov 15, 2013 - Green Energy Savings Corp, part of US Trans Global Group Inc, has agreed to acquire Florida-based Prestige Solar Products Inc for USD 200,000 (EUR 148,700).
Prestige Solar has been selling and installing solar products in Florida since 2009.
The buyer is due to make an upfront payment of USD 50,000 by December 15, 2013 with the balance of USD 150,000 to be spread out over a twelve-month period as of March 1, 2014. The current owners will be working with Green Energy over a six-month transition period and will provide audited financials for the last 2 years.
Prestige Solar's acquisition is expected to boost Green Energy's net profit by 20%.
